Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

Please be advised that the Board of Trustees have voted to implement a new system that will automatically call all residents by phone to advise of snow removal and to move vehicles etc. You will receive a recorded message alerting you to move your vehicle in order to assist with the clearing of the lot after snow storms.

We have enclosed a form that you should fill out and forward back to us by November 25, 2013. If you rent your unit and you would like to be aware of the automated information, please add your phone number to the form enclosed.
