Pickering North Condominium

We have updated the Rules & Regulations document to reflect the rule about solicitation enacted on 11/1/2011 (emailed and posted notice) on page 16 and clarification of storage rules on page 15. This document also reflects an address change for Victory's street address and the board contact information on page 3.

Owners: Please view and print out the Resident Information Form on pages 20-22, fill it out and return it to Victory Management. Please make sure you return this form on or before July 1, 2012.

It is required by the state of Massachusetts and by most mortgage companies that we collect and keep resident information up to date. All unit owners must fill out and return this form regardless of whether or not the information has changed since the last time you filled it out.

Other notes for highlighting:

~ Smoking, page 15, there is no smoking in any common element of the building or grounds with the exception of the Northend Street door where there is an acceptable refuse container for cigarette butts.

~ Storage, page 15, personal items in common areas may be disposed of by the board or management without notice. No compensation or replacement of disposed of items will be provided and unit owner will be assessed
reasonable disposal fees.
