Parties, Barbecues and other gatherings in common areas
Owners and residents are permitted to use the back yard, front yard and the meeting room to host any gathering.
A notice must be posted on the bulletin board one week in advance of any gathering.
The resident hosting the party assumes full responsibility for his/her guests. The resident/host is responsible for promptly cleaning up and restoring the area to the prior condition. If you have any question about whether or not something is allowed/appropriate, you are expected to ask the board or management prior to your gathering. Failure to do so could result in fines.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed in the backyard and smoking is only permitted outside of the Northend Street door. Pools are not allowed.
At no time should any door be propped open, including inside fire doors, unit doors, external locking doors and the backyard gate.
